Dr. Vidalino S. Raatior is an equity-minded international educator, social justice advocate, and consultant. Raatior Consulting is an extension of Vid’s passion for promoting indigenous cultural and educational practices, leading youth empowerment programs, assisting educational equity, and leveraging technology to advance organizational relevance in the global market.   A product of public education in Chuuk State, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Vid studied in Guam, New York, Berkeley, San Francisco, and earned a doctorate in Professional Educational Practice at the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa. Dr. Vid coordinates study abroad & bilateral student exchange programs for Asia and the Pacific at the College of Professional & Global Education at San Jose State University. Previously, he served as Director of the Pacific Islander Student Center (PISC), Program Coordinator of the Islands of Opportunity Alliance (IOA) and Students of Hawaii Advanced Research Program (SHARP) at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Vid also served for over 10 years as Associate Director and Assistant Director of International Programs and Center for Multicultural Learning at Santa Clara University and several years as a teacher and administrator at Xavier High School in Micronesia. His previous contracted and probono projects have included clients in the US mainland, Hawaii and Micronesia
